  Dr Haertsch is wonderful & I am so grateful that my husband was operated on by him, He made us feel confident & comfortable, I would highly recommend Dr Haertsch without a doubt. What some doctors said they could not do he did. & for that we will be forever grateful. But as far as the office staff go I found very very rude, and she treated us like we were beneath her. 1 month after my husband had his surgery for cancer to be removed which was successfully done by Dr Haertsch My husband had a stroke he has been off work so our finances have been low & a real struggle, My husband is a honorable man and will pay off Dr Haertsch for the surgery he had. BUT don't ever be late with a payment ! When you get the bill in the mail she will put stickers on the envelope advertising that you are struggling. Also on the actual bill she wrote to apparently the accounts department "I told you he wont pay this" also "He will never pay this account" And that was actually written on the bill for us to see. It's like when your down she will also kick her boot in. It has really upset me that she could do that to him.
