- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Booked a same day appointment online to address an urgent dental issue. Upon arriving, I was advised that I did not have an appointment scheduled, that there are KNOWN faults in their online system handling same day bookings, and met with an accusatory tone that somehow I should have know better than to accept an online booking confirmation at face value. The situation was handled completely unprofessionally, with no empathy or apologies from the reception staff for the complete waste of my time, nor any solution offered.
